Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing VANTAIRE. We carefully prepare every order and work to get your pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

During product launches, limited drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will provide an update when possible.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of VANTAIRE's control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

VANTAIRE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize that you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, VANTAIRE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they received it.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

  4. Contact VANTAIRE if you still need assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier-related issues, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.

6. Delayed Packages

VANTAIRE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Customs delays

  • High shipping volume

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information or contact the shipping carrier directly.

7. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country's customs authorities.

International delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing and local delivery services.

8. Preorders & Limited Drops

Some VANTAIRE products may be sold as preorders or part of limited releases.

Preorder items will ship according to the estimated shipping timeframe displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated.

9. Multiple Orders

If you place multiple separate orders, VANTAIRE may ship them separately. Each order may receive its own tracking information.

Orders may also be combined at VANTAIRE's discretion when practical.

10. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when required by applicable law or when the shipment issue is caused by an error on our part.
